Resep Seulincah/Cinacah


Seulincah atau Cinacah merupakan salah satu minuman segar tradisional Indonesia. Rasanya yang pedas manis terasa segar di lidah.  Mirip rujak serut dari NTB. Resep Bahan Seulincah/Cinacah :

  • 1/2 buah nanas, serut/cincang kasar
  • 4 buah kedondong/mangga mentah, serut/cincang
  • 1 – 2 buah ketimun ukuran sedang, serut/ cincang
  • 4 – 5 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 2 sendok teh garam
  • 5 – 6 sendok makan air matang

Resep Bumbu Seulincah/Cinacah (dihaluskan) :

  • 5 bauh cabai rawit merah
  • 3 buah cabai merah

Cara Membuat Seulincah/Cinacah :

  1. Campur semua bahan buah dan 2 sendok teh garam, biarkan 15 menit sampai buah menjadi layu, buang airnya.
  2. Masukkan air, cabai, gula, dan garam bila masih perlu.
  3. Aduk rata sampai gula larut, simpan dalam lemari pendingin sampai saat dihidangkan.
